Last Tuesday, August 16, the Burkina Faso team welcomed 19 new staff members, including 16 supervisors, 2 coordinators and an administrative and logistics officer.
These new colleagues are currently undergoing a two-week training around both Ministry of Health (MoH) strategies and Living Goods’ ways of working.
Following these initial onboarding sessions, the team will have additional training sessions right before we begin operationalizing the Learning Site in Burkina Faso – currently scheduled to happen in Q4 in Zinaire district.
Prior to joining Living Goods, most of the new staff in Burkina Faso were engaged in similar operational roles for community-level programs for government and NGOs.
They are all eager to leverage their skills and experience to enable Living Goods to strengthen and digitize community health in the country.
With this milestone of a growing and capable team in place, Living Goods’ learning site in Burkina Faso is quickly coming to fruition.
