Living Goods recognizes the enormous potential of mobile technology to drive impact, reduce costs, and improve monitoring. We have created an on-call service for clients in need of prompt treatment or product delivery. We also operate an SMS marketing program that sends health tips and product promotions to our clients as well as reminders and motivational content to our agents. But this just scratches the surface of our mobile strategy. We are currently building a robust, interactive mobile platform to support of ever-expanding network of door-to-door health promoters. This new platform will enable agents to submit data directly from the field, activate real-time quality monitoring, and create an interactive channel for client communication.
