One of our Big Wins for 2021 and beyond is the building of great, competent, and engaged teams that thrive and grow at Living Goods. We recently held our first-annual Career Week, in which hundreds of staff from across all our locations actively participated. We launched our Talent Management Framework and created

opportunities for staff to share their career experiences and hear from both internal and external experts on how to brand and position themselves for successful careers at Living Goods. We have started conducting talent reviews, which will lead to succession planning for key positions and career plans for our talent.
