I started my health work career in a hospital which piqued my interest in preventative care. A colleague and I started doing door-to-door blood pressure checkups, and this opened my eyes to community health work and helped me learn about Living Goods’ work to provide timely and door-to-door services to mothers and children.
I joined Living Goods in May 2016 as a Branch Manager for the Kalangala branch. In November 2017, I got promoted to the role of Field Operations/RCT Study Coordinator, where I gained lots of experience in coordinating larger teams and leading on different projects.
Currently, I am working as Regional Manager. It has been an exciting 5-year journey in digitized community health systems. I love it here because I have had career growth opportunities.
